TSF Members:

Our social events committee is hard at work starting to put together an event plan for this summer's World Cup. You will notice if you visit the calendar page on the site, all of the World Cup matches are already listed on the calendar.

Many of the games are in the morning during weekdays which means we will need to work with local area pubs to open early for us for some games. We know that many of you will not be able to get off work in the morning so we'd like to get an idea of which matches that kickoff before noon you're most interested in coming out for a watching party for. You can assume that we will plan something for practically every 2:30pm kickoff.

I've created two simple polls on the site and would really appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to fill out both them. You'll find them at the polls page at http://events.trisoccerfan.com/polls/

You can go ahead and assume that we will be planning a kickoff event on Friday morning June 11th for the opening ceremonies and South Africa v. Mexico (so you might want to go ahead and put in for vacation). And of course, we will be having a massive party around the USA v. England match on Saturday, June 12th.
